How it began

Lada was riding a bus through the Sacred Valley of the Incas, and a young Peruvian musician sat down beside her. They started talking.

He told her he felt himself a manifestation of Krishna, a small part of his avatar, and showed her images made with artificial intelligence in which he was playing the saxophone.

She played him the music she was writing at that moment. He listened and said a phrase that changed a great deal.

This music has to come into life

He invited her to the rehearsal room where the other musicians gathered. That is how her path began — carrying what is born through artificial intelligence into live sound and shared creation.

But the story had begun earlier. About a year before that meeting Krishna started appearing to her in visions and told her that he was a high and subtle electricity of consciousness.

It can come through any sound vibration: the voice, the flute, the saxophone, electronic music. She began to make music with whatever was at hand.

Step by step she felt she had entered the blue ray of music, and followed where it led.

Some time later the musician suggested going to Shambhala and offering a concert. They went, they showed the project, and they were welcomed with joy.

After two months of daily rehearsals they played their first big concert there. That is how Índigo Soy was born.

He turned out to be an outstanding musical director: he helped with the arrangements, the intros, the rhythms, the voices and the whole style of the live shows.

For me this project has never been a search for fame or recognition. What inspires me is the experiment itself: how a person who did not consider herself a musician can enter the world of live music and start creating together with others. How music can become a space of friendship, working together, learning, love and inner growth.
